 Babalwa Dlabati is the founder of BD Tech & Accounting, a boutique firm dedicated to supporting small businesses with compliant, structured, and technology-driven financial solutions.

She is a registered Business Accountant and member of the Chartered Institute for Business Accountants (CIBA), as well as a registered Tax Practitioner with the South African Institute of Taxation (SAIT). Her work is grounded in accuracy, compliance, and practical expertise, giving clients confidence in both their numbers and their obligations.

Babalwa’s background extends beyond traditional accounting. She has experience working in software and technology environments, where she supported businesses in scaling through the implementation of systems that drive efficiency and provide financial clarity. This blend of accounting and technology expertise allows her to design solutions that are not only compliant, but also practical and growth focused.
